1. Establish and post a part changing schedule. Will reposition patient every 2 hours.

3. Educate the patient on the importance of keeping skin clean and dry by cleaning skin at the time of soiling and routine intervals.




4. Encourage the patient to development current level of activity. And assist patient with ROM
