You potbelly tell me what exactly you had done when you were a receptionist?
Well, I had to do lots of matters. Firstly, I had to stand all the time. My legs got fag out awhile I was welcoming and smiling very sicerely to guests. You can be a proffestional about that after 1 or 2 weeks. Check them in. Answering questions. Providing information. Guests ask, we answer. If they are the VIPs or first-coming guests, I called someone to escort them to their rooms, explained something about the room and the hotel. Keep it pitiable and easy to understand. Taking phones.



Doing some paper whole kit and boodle. The fun thing is that you cant continue to do your paper works when you see a guest coming or when they vex to see you, you brace to leave those works aside and charter with the guests firstly but what if you deal with lots of guests and dont have time to do the paper works and its just bigger and bigger. Billing and being a rend when they check-out. I had to keep numbers in books and computers to deal with the iniquity auditors. Giving messages and callsifying mails. Making report, sometimes. What else? Oh, and waking the guest up if they required.

Did you have any demandings with your job ?
