The short story The saucily fille by Marc Mitchell is about a new girl who moves to a new street. The girl, who is black, seems to be sweet. Unfortunately, the girl Allison who similarly lives on the Street exit not accept the new girl, because she has a different kowtow color. The narrator is in a difficult situation. One of the big challenges with growing up is to not be accepted by baberen you take to play with or spend time with.
