American Dream

Although it wasnt coined the Ameri peck dream just yet, the dream itself is to a greater extent older than the US, we skunk date it back to the 1600s, (PBS) when people began to bring in all sorts of aspirations for what was a new and unexplored continent to European immigrants. These dreams included, owning land, universe debt free---theoretically at least, which would increase ones happiness. These dreams are as alert now as they were back then, til now, the American dream is in critical condition and is quickly slipping outside from us. Is it rechargeable? The more statistics are provided about the condition of our economy and the getatable pressures, the more that becomes apparent. The American dream hasnt always been in a poor health condition, it has indeed, seen better days---much better. (Sinclair) The unemployment rate was not at a staggering 7.8%, (BOLS) in those better days, devising it harder for Americans to achieve their own person al version of this dream. The dream can be defined in many ways, depending on who you communion to. We all come from immigrants who left their homes, families, and cultural traditions in hopes of owning a business, owning a home, getting a better education, you name the reason. So the dream is not only American, instead its a give past dream that we all can relate to.

One description that most can agree upon is that, its the hope of a better, richer, and happier tomorrow. Our ancestors risked it all, in order to get it right.
