In analyzing the responses to the market survey it was clear that the deuce major reasons why customers would hold this service is because of whatsis and price. 93% (115 out of 123) of the respondents indicated they would use the service because it is convenient, and 79% (98 out of 123) indicated they would use the service because it is economical.
